A constructing, modular form serves as a static framework. The architectural usage of structure is spatially defined through a homogeneous glass skin, which rhythm was based on the stress-strain diagram of steel.
The building is designed as the reinforced concrete frame construction with massive concrete floors. The construction raster has the dimension of 6,50 m between axes,
The circulation respectively the escape ways of the building form external steel stairs. Every floor has approximately 80 square meters of platform area designed as a steel grid construction. The loads transportation occurs through the goods lift.
There are 24 protected from weather conditions parking places, situated under the building.
The external envelope of the building consists of the storey-high industrial opaque glass as heat-absorbing glazing. This glazing is interrupted with the transparent heat-absorbing glass and respectively separate opening casements. The whole facade is designed to be sun-protective.
Interior
The three floors are planned as 6m high stores each with an inserted gallery level, under which the adjoining rooms (WC, kitchenette, cloakroom and shower) are located.
