Harmony versus tension is the leading idea of this concept. A worthy, sober, but at the same time also tension-filled building, shows itself as a sculpture of minimalistic attitude, one based on harmony, stereometric form, that ties up to the modernity and simultaneously an exciting game of heavy and light, glass and stone, brightness and shadows. The distorted perspective geometry of the building site makes high demands on the layout design. The attempt to fit a rectangular plan in here leads inevitably to the emergence of cutoff rooms or residual rooms. The present concept deals with the distortedness and the appearance of residual spaces, by creating an ensemble of forms, which adjust themselves to the given geometry of the layout plan. The residual rooms are being stretched, pushed together, disjointed by wedges, extended, narrowed, curved and thus transform into tension-filled interspaces. The building consists of a stone semi-basement and an ensemble of superjacent compounds, which differ in their forms and materials, as well as textures and colours and at the same time are thriving for a harmonious interplay.
