„An architecture of substance and imagination“
1. Educational spaces should be staged spaces which instigate and advance thinking and learning.
2. Spaces are containers in which physical, mental, and social processes take place in mutual exchange.
3. Diversified spaces are important offers of individualisation and differentiation. The unfamiliar can become a thought-provoking impulse.
4. The perception of spaces happens through an overal sensual experience.
5. The educational space has to be perceptible, tangible, and accessible.
6. Each age group has a different environmental perception, therefore each age group is to be challenged differently in terms of space, too.

Space of invention
The undulating landscape is considered a playground and adventure space for the kids and is therefore largely kept free from new architectural. The design concept is based on the interplay of interior/exterior and landscape/architecture. The architecture at hand creates unconventional spaces of movement and concentration, which inspire the childrens’ phantasy and playfully add to the potentials of the site. The required program is virtually thrown over the landscape, arranged reasonably, and connected functionally in a way that creates a maximum of synergy and a minimum of disturbance. The new campus with the central schoolyard can be easily extended.
